LOFTS for two people
Our six designer lofts were designed to adapt to every moment of the day. That's why we call them dynamic, as they feature a fold-down bed and intelligent use of space.
Adults only. All lofts accommodate two people.

- Our lofts do not have a television, as we aim to provide guests with an experience of connection and nature.
Please note that access to our lofts and their incredible views requires an uphill climb, which may require some physical exertion!
CASA NIDO for up to four people
Our designer Casa Nido sleeps four. Unlike the lofts, it has three rooms and easy access. It has its own covered garage and a staircase to the pool. It has a west-facing view.
Suitable for children over 10 years old.

Frequently Asked Questions
El Hormiguero is located in a rural area, 4 km (7 minutes) from the center of La Cumbre. You can arrive by car, following the directions we'll send you when you book. You can also arrive by public transportation, taking a bus to the village and then a taxi or a shuttle service that we can arrange for an additional fee.
El Hormiguero is designed so you can enjoy nature and comfort at any time of year. Therefore, we recommend bringing clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and the activities you want to do. In winter, a coat, hat, gloves, and boots are essential. In summer, it's a good idea to bring light clothing, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
El Hormiguero is the ideal place to enjoy nature and adventure. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, biking, horseback riding, golfing, paragliding, and much more. You can also visit the town, where you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, museums, churches, and other attractions. Or you can take excursions to other attractions such as Cerro Uritorco, Los Terrones, or San Marcos Sierras.
We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total stay. If you do not show up or leave the loft or Casa Nido early, you will be charged 100% of the total stay.
You can check in from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you need to check in or out at other times, please contact us to check availability and the price for an early check-in or late check-out.
Please note that El Hormiguero is designed for walking, and that from the garage, you must walk uphill to the reception, pool, and lofts. Each loft is accessed by stairs. The Casa Nido, on the other hand, is easily accessible, as it has its own covered garage and no stairs. Access to the pool, in all cases, involves a small flight of stairs.
The lofts and Casa Nido have a microwave oven for heating food or making simple preparations. They have a countertop, sink, and refrigerator. However, they don't have an oven or stovetop, so cooking isn't possible.
The lofts are for adults only. Casa Nido is suitable for children over 10 years old.
